Confidentiality and personal data protection policy
This confidentiality and personal data protection policy (the “Confidentiality Policy”) describes the conditions under which O TOWER SA, a Moroccan limited company with a capital of 5,502,258,600 Dirhams, with registered office at 81-83, Avenue de l’Armée Royale – 20 000 Casablanca – Morocco, registered in the Casablanca Trade Register under number CASA 31715 (“O TOWER”), as data controller, collects and processes information relating to an identified or identifiable person (the “Personal Data”) when browsing the www.mohammedvitower.ma website (the “Website”), in accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, and in particular law no. 09-08 promulgated by Dahir 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data Regulations”).

O TOWER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. Such changes will be effective upon publication of the new Privacy Policy. The date of the most recent update will appear on this page.

- O TOWER collects your Personal Data directly when you fill in a contact form online on the Website.
The Personal Data to be collected in this context is:

– Your telephone number
– Your postal address; and
– any other information you provide to us.
This information is required to process your request, otherwise it will not be processed. This processing is in the legitimate interest of O TOWER.
Your Personal Data is kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose of the processing, i.e. for as long as the contact remains active, it being specified that a user of the Website is considered to be “active” as soon as he/she carries out another interaction with O TOWER (in particular via the online contact form). If a user becomes inactive, his/her Personal Data will be deleted within three (3) years.

In application of the Personal Data Regulation, O TOWER implements all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data collected and processed, and in particular to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorised third parties, by ensuring a level of security appropriate to the risks associated with the processing and the nature of the Personal Data to be protected.

With regard to your Personal Data, you have the rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition in accordance with the Personal Data Regulation.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time, if you have been asked to do so.

You may request access to your Personal Data that O TOWER collects and processes.
If you make a request for access, O TOWER will provide you with a copy of your Personal Data in its possession, as well as any information required by law.
- Right to object
You may object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your Personal Data where this is based on O TOWER’s legitimate interests, unless O TOWER’s legitimate interests override your own interests and rights and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Claims
If, after contacting O TOWER in this regard, you consider that your rights with regard to your Personal Data have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with CNDP. - Personal data of minors
O TOWER does not intend to collect Personal Data from minors.
Nevertheless, if it should happen that, without its knowledge, such Personal Data has been collected and processed without obtaining the authorisation of the holder of parental responsibility for the minor in question, O TOWER will take all necessary measures to delete such Personal Data as soon as possible.
If you are the holder of parental responsibility for a minor and become aware that we have collected and processed Personal Data concerning him or her, you may contact us so that we may proceed with the deletion of said data by using the contact information indicated in article 8 above.
